New Michelin Sport EV Range

As of the 1st of April 2021, Michelin have launched a new sport Ev range. These new sets of tyres have been designed with top of the range engineers. The tyres function especially well for electric sport vehicles, something that is becoming much more common in modern day. So what are the features of these new tyres?

An environmentally friendly tyre

Michelin is a company that have made a goal to become carbon neutral by 2050. This means that they tyres manufacturing, transport and performance must have no C02 emissions at all. Taking steps towards this goal Michelin shall begin to release these tyres from now and throughout 2021 in a range of rims between 18-22 inch.

Michelins tyres have been allowed to develop into the very best with the last 6 years working with Formula E. The Pilot Sport EV has therefore been developed with a hard compound at the centre of the tread. This subtle difference to other tyres allows the grip to be exceptional especially for sports vehicles.
